Final review

Final review represents last inspection and it is the most important stage of them all. At this point finished garment undergos to a very close inspection with the help of a bright-light projector. Knitted fabric and all seams are closely controlled by sight and hands. In that way upmost quality is garanteed to clients.

Ironing

Before packing, knits are ironed. Knitted garments are first steamed and straightened on flat steaming and blowing platforms. temperature is strictly controlled by electronic devices. Neck finishings, hems and cuffs are all hand pressed by iron with upmost care as they represent very important details and emphasizes looks and beauty of garments.

Packaging

The last stage of our work is packaging. Hangtags that describe nature and quality of product are accurately placed on knitted garments. While folding garment, a tissue paper is spread between knits. it’s aim is to controll moisture ratio and to keep unchanged apparence of knits. Garment is finally put in nylon polybags expressly pierced as to guarantee air-flow.
